So what makes a good martini?
What better after the "Martini Shot" than an actual martini?
A martini is a cocktail made with gin and vermouth. You can substitute the gin for vodka
(which is the way I lke it) and so now it's called a "vodka martini".
Here's what you need....

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
olive brine to taste (brine sounds yucky so let's call it olive juice)
2 olives to garnish
Preparation:
1. Add ice and a splash of dry vermouth into your martini glass, stir the ingredients around
so they coat the glass nicely. Once coated, pour the vermouth and ice into your shaker.
2. Now combine your vodka and vermouth into your shaker, and shake it up till it's nice and chill.
3. Pour the contents of the shaker into your martini glass.
4. Add some olive juice to taste.
5. Add 2 olive to garnish.
Drink, rinse and repeat.
